True-shape nesting
Parts nest by their real outline, not a box around them. Concave and round parts pack as tight as squares.
Automatic layouts
One click. It tries several packings and keeps the tightest one.
Rotation & grain control
Lock the grain axis (0°/180°), allow 90° turns, go fully free, or let Automatic decide - per part or for the whole job.
Multi-sheet packing
Fills as many sheets as you allow and reports exactly which parts did not fit, so you know what to reorder before you cut.
Reusable offcuts
One straight cut splits the nested parts from the empty stock, with a badge showing how far it sits from your origin. What is left is one clean piece you can rack and reuse.
Parametric shape library
Plates, flanges, gussets, brackets, rings, stars and more - typed to size in your own units, ready to nest.
Import DXF & SVG
Load a DXF or SVG. Splines and ellipses come in as true arcs, not a heap of tiny line segments. Set the curve tolerance and units per file.
Built-in CAD editor
Draw and edit part outlines - lines, arcs, fillets, trims, mirrors - without leaving the app.
Export the layout
Write the nested layout out as a DXF (R12) for another CAD/CAM package.
